We seek out professionals who understand the delicate balance of insurance adjusting. Adjusters are often the only people policyholders will meet representing their carrier, other than their agents. We usually meet policyholders on one of the worst days of their lives. Meanwhile, we must adhere to our clients’ processes and procedures while moving claims forward in a timely and professional manner. Field adjusters should arrive organized and ready to go, have a professional appearance, and deliver on the small details.
Many of us got into this field for the freedom and independence it offers. We encourage working independently, but we also have a back office you can count on. Our independent adjusters and office staff form a team ready to support one another in any way we can. We make sure each member of our team is well compensated and on track to meeting their career goals.
In our Ohio territory, we are currently seeking:
- Credentialed Independent Commercial Adjusters with extensive commercial adjusting experience and a demonstrated ability to independently handle the entire claims process from first contact to settlement.
- Candidates should be in the Columbus, Ohio area or willing to travel to cover Ohio.
Nationwide, we are always on the lookout for:
- Credentialed Commercial Field Adjusters with 10+ years of experience
- Credentialed Multi-Line Adjusters with 5+ years of experience
- Content Specialists
- Forensic Accountants
- Private Investigators
